Return And Refund Policy
tapyoca FanCards are considered custom products and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable except in cases when the product is damaged or malfunctioning.
To report a problem with your FanCard, please complete a Customer Support Form. Our team will assess whether your product is able to be remotely repaired or if it must be replaced.
If the product must be replaced, you will be given instructions as to where and how to return the product. Items sent back to us without first completing a Customer Support Form and receiving replacement instructions will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via the Customer Support Form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
